Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer or direct debit.
No hidden fees. The subscription price covers the software and support. Payment processing fees are standard Stripe rates (2.9% + 30p for Starter, 2.4% + 30p for Professional, custom for Enterprise).
We'll notify you when you approach your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan or pay a small overage fee (£0.50 per booking above limit).
No setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Enterprise plans include complimentary onboarding and training with your dedicated account manager.
